The Training and Placement Cell at NIWS actively supports students in securing employment opportunities in the watersports industry. The cell organizes seminars, guest lectures, corporate meets, and personality development programs to enhance students' employability skills.
Additionally, counseling sessions and communication skill workshops are conducted to prepare candidates for successful placements and industry readiness.
