Admission Process
Candidates must submit original mark sheets and certificates for verification during admission; attested photocopies are retained by the institute. Fees can be paid via demand draft, net banking, or cash. Demand drafts should be made payable to State Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development - SIPARD with candidate details noted on the reverse. Candidates are advised to keep a photocopy of the payment receipt for their records.
