Government Industrial Training Institute Admission 2026-27

Government Industrial Training Institute, Port Blair, established in 1988, is a premier vocational training institute located in Dollygunj, South Andaman. It is approved by the Government of Andaman and Nicobar Islands and affiliated with DGET and NCVT.

Candidates must submit original qualifying examination mark sheets and matriculation certificates for verification, after which attested photocopies are retained for records. Admission fees can be paid via demand draft in favor of Government Industrial Training Institute, net-banking, or cash. Demand drafts should include the candidate's name, admission form number, and course applied for on the reverse side. Candidates are advised to keep a photocopy of the demand draft.

The institute has a dedicated training and placement cell that organizes seminars, guest lectures, corporate meets, and personality development programs to prepare students for employment.
