BLUE CAT -BC is a distance education center affiliated with Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), offering a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses through distance learning. Situated in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, it is approved by the Government of Bihar and recognized by AICTE, UGC, and the Distance Education Bureau (DEB).
