Apparel Training And Design Centre - ATDC Sirsa was established in 1991 and is located in Phulkan Village, Hissar Road, Sirsa, Haryana. The centre specializes in fashion and interior designing courses and is approved by the Government of Haryana.

It offers a variety of diploma and certificate programs in apparel manufacturing, textile design, quality assurance, and fashion technology to equip students with industry-relevant skills.

Candidates must submit original mark sheets and certificates for verification at admission, after which attested photocopies are retained by the centre. Fees can be paid via demand draft, net-banking, or cash. Demand drafts should include the candidate's name, admission form number, and course name on the reverse side.
